How often should pavers be sealed in Florida?

Should new pavers be sealed right away?

Wait for the installer's recommended curing period (often 30 to 90 days) so efflorescence can work its way out. Sealing too early can trap it as a white haze.

What is the difference between wet-look and natural sealer?

Natural (matte) protects without changing the appearance. Wet-look or color-enhancing sealers deepen the color and add sheen. Both protect against UV, stains and weeds; the choice is cosmetic.

Can you fix pavers that were sealed badly before?

Often yes. Blotchy, peeling or hazy sealer usually comes from sealing a wet or dirty surface. We strip or clean the failed coat where needed and reseal correctly.

How long before I can use the driveway?

Foot traffic after about 24 hours, vehicles after 48 to 72 hours depending on temperature and humidity. We confirm the exact timing on the day.

Does sealing stop the weeds?
